• Utilize automotive diagnostics to identify issues and prepare accurate service estimates.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs, while maintaining clear communication with customers throughout the process.
• Manage service writing and documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel for tracking service metrics and customer follow-ups.
