WHO WE WANT

~ Minimum 3 years of service manager or senior advisor experience (independent or dealership)
~ Track record of hitting and exceeding sales/profit goals
~ Expert at monitoring and improving: GP%, GP$, ELR, closing ratio, hours per RO, and car count
~ Able to train, mentor, and hold advisors accountable
~ Strong at tech workflow management — keeps the shop moving efficiently
~ High-level communicator who can win trust with both customers and team
~ Career-minded, hungry for growth, and ready to run a top-performing shop
