? Minimum 3 years of service advisor experience (preferably independent or dealership)
? Proven ability to hit monthly sales targets and profit goals
? Understand and monitor gross profit, effective labor rate, closing ratio, and car count
? Not afraid of numbers — Excel, RO management, follow-ups, upsells
? Knows how to manage tech workflow and keep the front of house running smooth
? Strong communicator and top-tier closer who earns trust with customers
? Career-minded and ready to make serious money

$85,000 - $160,000+ annual earning potential
